The years of preparation, discipline, and unseen work that happens long before anyone steps into the spotlight. Our athletes are amazing! What events do you love?

A Beaute Note

On the beauty front, I’ve finally started using SeneCell after having it on hand since last year. Unfortunately, it’s currently out of stock on the website.

It’s far too early to notice anything significant skin-wise, but what stood out straight away is how easily it fitted into my existing routine. No fuss. No extra steps. Just consistency which, at this stage of life, matters more than miracles.

Postcard from the Path

My Loire Valley walk has slowed right down.

I’m only 58km in, but for good reason. I’ve finally been showing my feet some long-overdue care, seeing a podiatrist, having laser treatment for pain, and being measured for orthotics.

I should have done it years ago.

It’s already helping, and it’s a reminder that looking after the foundations often matters more than how fast we move forward. Watching athletes commit to years of preparation for a few moments on the world stage has been a timely reminder too. Progress isn’t always fast, but it’s rarely wasted.

Wrap Up

Self-love doesn’t always look inspiring.

Sometimes it looks like maintenance.
Or doing the sensible thing.
Like choosing what supports you quietly and consistently.

That kind of care lasts longer than any big gesture ever could.
