What caught my eye this week?

How good are our winter Olympians? Our best team EVER!

But from Joy and Celebration there was also Sadness.

It’s only February and we’ve already said goodbye to familiar faces from film and television. People whose work felt like part of our lives. A reminder that time keeps moving.

We can’t stop. But we can care for ourselves. Small habits. Done consistently.

I booked a massage this week. I walked out sore and slightly doe-eyed but very aware of how tight my body has become from years of desk work.

Stress settles in the body. Routine releases it.

If you’ve been meaning to look after yourself better, let this be the sign. Let’s celebrate our birthday’s with pride and joy and take the family photos - the good, the bad and the downright silly.

Wrap Up

We need the structure that sustains life.
