It's very easy to put on a smile & show up when you have a social media page. It's your business, it's your brand, so you show up in a business like manner. You're so scared people won't like you or they'll laugh at you! But you show up anyway. Because the things I continue to learn everyday is that yes, I can have a low day but there is always someone else worse off. Even at my lowest points over the years, I find a way to not let the bastards get me down & I come back. I get up. I get dressed. I leave the house. I am resilient. I am determined. I will not quit! So for anyone struggling, I feel you. I can listen. I care.
