Are you your worst critic? I know I am. There's a perfectionist trait that comes with being an Accountant because its all about the balance! Currently, in our Liptember Community, there's a number of people being critical of themselves for not reaching their fundraising goals. 

It may be easy for me to sit back & judge these people, given I've just reached my goal! (Thanks to everyone for supporting me.) However, what's important is that they set a goal & have been working hard to raise awareness for the cause, women's mental health.

I've lost track of the number of goals I've set that I didn't reach. Work goals, life goals, personal goals, and family goals. How many times have you made a cake exactly the same way as last time & it just doesn't work? Sometimes it's an old ingredient, sometimes it's the oven, sometimes 💩 just happens. Don't give up, ask for help & try again! Sometimes, the reward is just in trying again because you always learn something new along the way.
