And so the football season continues to the final game of the season! It's easy to get overwhelmed by a win or disappointed by a loss but it's always important to remember how far you've come. I once played netball for a whole season & our team didn't win a game. But, I got fitter, our team had fun, and we showed up each week knowing we'd probably lose. Always look for a positive - your mental health needs it.
