Hazelnuts - skin on or off & if they have no skin, are they even hazelnuts anymore or just nuts? Sounds nutty doesn't it! Luckily we've come a long way in how we treat people with mental health issues these days but we all still have days when we feel like we've lost our minds & gone nuts.
