We all reach an age where a lack of sleep catches up with us. When we're new parents we never think we'll ever sleep again but somehow we make it through. We often laugh at our elders when they fall asleep watching TV or they need an afternoon nap. But really, they're just listening to their bodies. I'm a snooze girl on the alarm and some days I honestly think the 10min snooze may have been the best sleep I had all night. So be kind to your body & mind & let it rest when it needs too. It's like the road signs say, drowsy drivers die. Listen to your body & rest when you must.
