So maybe a red lip isn't your thing, but don't be so quick to judge others. That red lip might be just the confidence boost she needed to leave the house today. I'm sure you also have a favourite mood booster, so what is it? A shirt, song, hair ribbon, necklace? Don't let "fear of what others think" stop you from trying new things. And hey, if you want to try a red lip, wear it around the house first just to get rused to seeing it on yourself. Once your anxiety has lessened, walk to the mailbox, then across the street. Just take small steps. You can do it!
