Whilst the young Saints did not walk away with the premiership cup in their AFL Grand Final today, they tried their best & that's all you can ask! Any sort of loss is tough. A Grand Final is particularly tough, but teaching kids about dealing with such a disappointment now will only help their mental health in the future. Liptember might focus on women, but as a Mum, it's important to talk to your kids as well so that you can hopefully see any signs they might not be coping. Be the change you want to see.
